    Export Reddit Saves to Evernote

    Your Evernote notebooks are organized. Your Reddit saves are not. Here is how to merge the two.

    The Reddit-to-Evernote Gap

    Evernote users tend to have a system: notebooks per project, tags per topic, everything searchable. Reddit saves break that system — they live in a separate, unsearchable list capped at the most recent 1,000 items, invisible to Evernote's search. If Evernote is your single source of truth, every valuable thread trapped in Reddit's saved list is a hole in your knowledge base.     Sync Your Saves

    Double-click the exported file to open it in Chrome. It renders as a clean formatted page: every post with its title, body, metadata, and a link back to the original thread.

    Clip or Paste into Evernote

    Two ways in from here. Web Clipper: use the Evernote Web Clipper on the open page (Full page mode) to file it as a single archival note in any notebook. Paste: select all, copy, and paste into a new Evernote note — formatting and links survive. For topic-sized exports (20–50 posts), one note per topic keeps notebooks tidy.
    Clip separate exports into separate notes — 'Reddit — Career Advice', 'Reddit — Home Lab' — rather than one giant note, so Evernote search results stay precise.

    Tag and File

    Apply your normal Evernote tags to the new notes. Everything in them is now part of Evernote's full-text search index — searching "salary negotiation" in Evernote now surfaces the Reddit thread you saved eight months ago.

    Method 2: Clip Individual Posts in Reader Mode

    For single high-value posts, there is a cleaner per-post route: open the post in Readdit Later's distraction-free reader, which strips Reddit's sidebars, ads, and comment noise down to just the content — then clip that view with the Evernote Web Clipper. You get a beautifully clean note per post instead of a Reddit-cluttered page capture.
