If your Reddit saved posts have disappeared, the most likely cause is the 1,000-item visibility cap. Reddit's API and interface only display your most recent 1,000 saved items. Once you save more than that, your oldest saves silently drop out of view. They still exist in Reddit's database, but no app, interface, or API call can retrieve them.
Other common causes: Reddit's servers can experience temporary issues where saved lists load partially or not at all — this usually resolves within hours. If you're using the mobile app, force-close and reopen. On desktop, clear your browser cache. If only specific posts are gone, the original post may have been deleted by its author or removed by moderators — your save link still exists but points to removed content.
